Dublin Port Offices

This project involved the refurbishment and fitout to areas of the Dublin Port Offices, works were completed in two phases.

Phase one consisted of strip-out, refurbishment and fitout of first floor office area. New mechanical and electrical installations, altered layout with new partitions and joinery, new floor, wall and ceiling finishes, installation of loose and fitted furniture.

Phase two consisted of refurbishment of lower ground floor toilets. Works involved stripping out all existing fittings and finishes back to shell and core. New partitions, mechanical and electrical services installation, tiling throughout, fitting sanitary ware, postformed vanity units to provide modern high specification interiors.

Works completed to tight programme with strict access requirements and minimal disruption to neighbouring occupied offices.
