The project consists of the construction of a mixture of 5 semi-detached and detached houses house together with all ancillary site development works.
Houses achieved A2 BER rating with Air source heat pump heating system and high levels of insulation and airtightness. Siteworks included new footpaths, paving, roads, fencing, retaining walls, boundary walls, railings, services including connections and landscaped area to local authority standards.
Works completed on restricted site fronting onto busy public road with bus stop beside entrance and surrounding residential area.
