Lisburn Street Health Centre
The project consisted of the refurbishment and extensions to existing historic building to form a community health centre.
The works involved substantial structural alterations and repairs; timber floor and roof repairs; new drainage system; replacement of concrete floors; re-roofing and rainwater goods; new sash windows and external doors; brick façade cleaning and repairs; lime render replacement; internal lime plaster replacement and repairs; new mechanical and electrical services installation; finishes including painting, flooring, etc.
Two small toilet extensions were built in traditional construction with a flat roof.
Works complete on restricted site in city centre location with careful management of neighbour relations.
Works were supervised by a Conservation Architect.
