This project consisted of demolitions, extensions and alterations of an existing communal building to provide new catering kitchen, stores, dining areas, sitting room and staff areas. Works also included alterations and fit out for 1 nr self-contained apartment. External works included paving, tarmacadam and landscaping.
The works were carried out within a busy residential complex catering for elderly people.
