Markievicz Park

Upgrade and extension of existing sports changing pavilion at Markievicz Park for Dublin City Council.

Building included 4 nr changing rooms in pairs with shared showers, male and female toilets, 1 nr referee changing room with showers and toilet, a fully accessible changing room with shower and toilet, cleaning room/store, plant room and electrical room.

All new services including ventilation serviced exhaust air heat pump system, fire detection alarm system, burglar alarm system and CCTV.

External finishes are dashed blockwork with steel doors and glass block windows. Internal finishes are a mix of plastered and painted blockwork, ceramic tiling, post formed panelling.

External works comprised of new approach pathways and extended fenced enclosures and service connections.
