Houses achieved A2 BER rating with Air source heat pump heating system and high levels of insulation and airtightness. Siteworks include new footpaths, paving, fencing, boundary walls, services including connections and landscaped area to local authority standards.
Works completed on restricted site adjoining busy public road.
