Setanta School

This project consisted of alterations, extensions, refurbishment and fitout of an existing school building for use by Setanta School. Setanta School is a co-educational day school which is specifically for children on the Autistic Spectrum. The works included the adaption of the existing school as well as construction of an extension to the building for a new lift and escape stairs. Minor works to the adjoining Primary School Building which remained operational throughout the works were also carried out.

The project also included a new prefabricated building containing 3 new classrooms and clinical offices. Associated site works included new and remedial works to drainage, access ramps and steps; play areas, fencing and carpark works.
